How to make wooden cabinets?
       Before construction, the quality of the fir finger-jointed boards must be checked.
       Not only should the material be checked, but the wall where the wall cabinet is installed should also be checked with a plumb line to see if it is perpendicular to the ground. If the wall surface deviates greatly, you will need to ask a mason to level the wall surface. Use the unified indoor elevation line to confirm the corresponding positions according to the elevation of wall cabinets, wall cabinets and upper and lower openings required by the design and construction drawings, and use ink lines to pop up to indicate clearly. At this time, use an impact drill to drill the fixing holes at the contact points between the cabinet and the wall to facilitate the accurate position confirmation during installation.
   When assembling the cabinet, you need to simply apply white glue. This method of applying glue will be more moderate and faster. For reinforcement, glue is applied to the junctions of the panels. Then fix it with twist nails to ensure the stability of the cabinet. The spacing between each nail should be maintained at about 150mm.
